Common Troubleshooting Steps

Live Activities Not Showing Up?

Verify that Background App Refresh and Live Activities are toggled on under Settings > OVERGRIP on your iPhone or iPad hardware device.

Scores Frozen or Delayed?

OVERGRIP streams indices over secure networking paths. If network pipelines experience localized data congestion, close and swipe away the application to flush the local view model cache container.
