By downloading, mounting, or interacting with the OVERGRIP desktop or mobile tracking applications, you implicitly consent to remain legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom application interface elements, core logic, canvas design scripts, custom court wear rendering frameworks, application asset logos, and distribution bundles are original intellectual property assets. Raw player data, live tournament points, and historical ranking stats are gathered from transparent sport reporting providers and are structured purely for personal end-user utility.

2. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You are granted a limited license to execute standard app functions on personal macOS, iOS, or iPadOS platforms. You explicitly agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or hook into internal memory runtimes of the software.
  • Run automated collection bots or screen scrapers against application network engines.
  • Resell or repurpose live notifications into alternative programmatic alarm structures.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties (Live Scores Data)

OVERGRIP aggregates content over public and private real-time networking channels. All metrics are presented purely on an "as-is" basis. We issue no warranties concerning the absolute timing precision, continuous system uptime, or guaranteed delivery of individual point-by-point live alerts. We assume no legal responsibility for tracking delays caused by network pipeline congestion or partner outages.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no situation shall the developer or distribution partners be held accountable under contract or tort for unexpected data delivery dropping, widget layout delays, or accidental scrubbing of tracking cache arrays stored on local environments.

5. Governing Law

These terms and all subsequent modifications are governed explicitly under the legal parameters of Denmark. Any structural arbitration or legal claims originating from usage contexts shall be addressed within the localized court structures of Copenhagen, Denmark.
